How do I check the status of my order?
Answer :
Either before, or during the checkout process you have an opportunity to create an account. Once logged into your account you can see the status of orders. We will also send email updates to let you know your order has been dispatched.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched then you can amend or cancel. To cancel or amend please email and ensure to include your order number.
Do you allow exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow exchanges for hygiene reasons. Once items have left Happy Hound Treats we are unable to exchange products unless they arrive damaged.
How will my order be delivered to me?

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail, we offer 1st & 2nd class shipping options.
Once your treats have shipped you will receive an email confirmation that they are on their way.
